They listen when it is needed, they express themselves when the project requires their input, minimizing any misinformation that could be passed from one to another. They have a faith in what they do and why they are performing their respective tasks and responsibilities. They bring quality, satisfaction, and a personal pride in what they do. The team leader can rest assured, knowing his or her attendance around the members isn’t necessary for the members to perform their job. As self-starters and go-getters, the members can act on their own without constant supervision and advice.

Creative in nature, they can adapt and utilize their considerable imagination to deliver a new and fresh point of view to an old method of doing things. In performing their work, team members support the project, each other, and the business as a whole. If one area begins to slip, team members lend a hand, sustaining the project, adhering to the schedule, and working as a single organism.
